Morning Fitness 
What a great way to start the day! This is a fun, uncomplicated
workout set to music.

Feelin' Great
This gym class is designed for ages 55+, pre-and postnatal
moms and those with special needs. Emphasis of this class
is on fun while improving flexibility, strength, endurance, and
cardiovascular health. Movements are simple to follow set to
fun music. (Fee includes Aquacise Class at 11:00 am).

Cardio Kickboxing 
This workout packs a real punch! Kicks and weights are also
incorporated in a fun, challeging aerobic routine.
Taught by Susan Imeroni.

Yoga 
Yoga focuses on strengthening, balance and coordination.  Uses little to
no impact on your joints.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Step Aerobics 
Step Aerobics is for those who like a faster paced, more intense workout. Combinations utilize
both the step and floor routines add up to some serious exercise in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere,

Ju-Jitsu

Turner is a Black Lotus Ju-Jitsu Black Belt (1st Dan) and is an
 instructor of all ages from 4 years old to adult. He has taught 
police tactics, is an experienced tournament competitor, coach and judge.
